Interview

Please feel free to contact us if you are thinking of requesting some designs or even only having some talks. Meeting directly and talking is a good start. Many of our customers visit us to Hiroshi Ito Atelier but of course we can also visit you. An interview does not cost anything.

Schedule

The schedule when the design starts until the construction completes is shown in a left chart. (Assumed the house of approximately 20 to 30 million yen.) About 4 months of a basic design and remaining 2 months are appropriated to the design for execution among 6 months of the design period. In this period, we have a meeting every 3 to 4 weeks. The adjustment period from the completion of the design to the construction contract is about 2 months. In this period, the adjustment of estimate and the application for architectural confirmation are proceed with constructors. The construction period is 6 months in an average. The construction will take about 14 months to be completed from the design is started.

process

We have considerable number of meetings until the design is completed. It is not only for not to miss any part of requested content. In talks with clients, something inexpressible, perhaps there might be a possibility that can become asleep key words which makes a frame of construction. Construction is determined by geographical features and surrounding environment of land. However such external factors would not complete the construction. Therefore a lot of conversations are indispensable to begin to pick up in the process of design, what they value in the bottom of their mind, or something possibly overlooked till now. When the completion process of the design, more than 10 plans are possibly made. That is a time to search for a good quality of construction that it should reach.
